Introduction
A traveling exhibit, Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War, will be shown at the Leslie F. Malpass Library, October 7, 2010 through November 19, 2010. The exhibit, which was organized by the National Constitution Center and the American Library Association Public Programs Office, explores how Lincoln used the Constitution to deal with three crises of the Civil War: Southern state's secession, slavery, and civil liberties during wartime.
