How to borrow materials
There are two ways to borrow materials not found in the library
- Using I-Share in the library catalog. This is the online catalog for Illinois academic libraries.
- Using the ILLiad tool. Use this tool if an item is not available in the WIU libraries or I-Share.

When will I get my stuff?
The amount of time
to receive ordered materials varies. When an item is requested, there is
no guarantee the item will be available for loan or that it will be
received in an expedient manner. Our services are dependent upon other
institutions' workloads and other conditions beyond our control.
Materials usually arrive in 10-14 days.
