The Congressional Budget Office produces reports and analyses on budgetary and economic issues in support of the Congressional budget process.

Catalog of U.S. Government Publications
An index to publications from U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Congress. Many recent publications are available in full-text. WIU students, faculty and staff can aslo search the Catalog of U.S. Government Publications through First Search.

Congressional Research Service reports (CRS site from Spring 2018 & forward)
The CRS does research and produces reports on request of Congress. CRS reports are now available through the Library of Congress. However, older reports might also be available through the site at the University of North Texas.

The CRS produces reports on request of Congress. UNT has collected many (albeit not all) of the CRS reports that have been released and provides free access to them in their Institutional Repository.

Extension Search
A website that can be used to do a Google search for publications and resources provided by Cooperative Extension Service groups at over 70 Land-Grant universities.

Is it a Refereed (Peer-Reviewed) Journal?

Ulrich's International Periodicals
Ulrich's is an index that lists over 300,000 periodicals and journals by title, and provides information on the publisher, indexing and subjects. It can be used to determine whether a journal is peer reviewed (refereed).
