A guide to searching the U.S. Congressional Serial Set

Two ways to access the Serial Set

There are two locations from which you can access the U.S. Congressional Serial Set database: through the WIU Government Information website and through the WIU Libraries home page.  See below for how to locate the links.

Note: off-campus users will first need to log in with their ECOM username and password to search the database.

Access from the WIU Government Information site

Go to the home page for Government, Legal, Spatial and Data Services in the library (http://www.wiu.edu/libraries/govpubs/), and click on the Starting Points tab:

Under the list of "Other Important Sites for Government Information," you will find links to the Serial Set database and a more specific map search screen:

Access from the WIU Libraries home page

Go to the library homepage (http://www.wiu.edu/libraries/), and click on the articles/databases tab.

Select U from the alphabetical list, then click on the U.S. Congressional Serial Set or the specialized Map option.
